What does "Writ of Possession Issued" mean, exactly?
Hello,
I am losing my mind with this -- can someone please elaborate on the meaning of that (exactly what it means)? I'm looking at the docket entries for my foreclosure case on my county's website case search, and the latest entry (from today) says "Writ of Possession Issued." The previous entry said 'Writ of Possession Granted."
I have a very rudimentary understanding; please forgive my ignorance; Does "Writ of Possession Issued" mean it was "sent" to the Sheriff in order to be "executed," or does it mean that it is meant to be executed today? How long AFTER it's been "issued" does the Sheriff actually come to evict? I've heard that this can take up to two weeks in some jurisdictions, I am in Miami.
Thank You very much and [once again] apologize for the ignorance.

7 AnswersOther - Cultures & Groups7 years agoCan you get charged with robbery/burglary if you take an item from a family member who lives in the same home you do?
Hello.
I live with my sister in a resitential house. The house belongs to our father and neither of us rent any section of the house or pay money -- we're free to roam and habitate wherever we want within the house. Now, we each keep our doors closed and locked when we depart the house and we warn each other not to go in when we're out.
I have intentions of mowing the lawn, but the lawnmower does not have gasoline and the gasoline jug is in his room/closet. Let's say I grab a card and slide it to through the crack to depress the bolt and push open the door to get the gas. If my brother were to discover that I had gone into his room to get the jug of gasoline, can I be arrested for robbery/burglary... even if we cohabit in the same home?
Thank You
7 AnswersRenting & Real Estate7 years agoWhat American accent does this man have?
Here are two [Youtube] videos of him performing (he's a musician). He pronounces "space" like "spice" and "broke" like "brah-oak." What American accent most closely resembles the way he talks/sings?

Or better yet, does he look gay? Why or why not? And what comes to mind when you see this person's mugshot?
