I am 16, I used to work out at the gym and do kickboxing but stopped once I found out that I have first degree scoliosis which is considered healthy somehow even though it hurts sometimes, I was also forbidden to do intense workout because my "weak" heart for gods sake, Will working out, not at the gym, with bodyweight workout program cause anything bad? for example pull ups, a little bit of cardio to keep me in shape, push ups, ab exersices, etc.

I am 16. I have first degree scoliosis caused by my almost flatfoot (it's not completely flat). If i do extreme workouts I seem to be putting a lot on my heart (in this case doctor advised me to not to anything that's extreme), if you do not consider cardio as an extreme workout than you should know that it still puts a lot of pressure on my heart. And finally, will it stop my growth? should i wait until I'm 17-18 and than start working out? I just don't want to start over again, starting something new always seems like the hardest job.

I think i want to become an eye surgeon, And i want to know if a lot of people are interested in that sphere. for example people here (where i live) that have graduated with master's degree and everything they need to be a doctor can't get a job. I don't want to have the same fate. so is there a big competition in being a eye surgeon?

I was thinking maybe watching computer for a long time can cause this. I've had those dark cirles for as long as i remember and i've known my pc for as long as i remember. I am 16. I don't smoke, I don't drink coffee. I broke my nose when i was little(very little in fact i don't remember the age). is this genetics or can something else cause it? How can i fix it?

I have habit scoliosis. But it is considiered healthy because it's under 5 degrees. I am 16 btw. anyway will any of those bodyweight workouts cause anything bad at all? even if you don't think about my spine, could it do anything bad about my height?

Is there any way not to get bad breath in the morning or never at all? or is is only way to eat healthy? if my oral hygyene is fine why am i still getting bad breath in the morning? or at all? can it maybe be connected to my Gall Bladder?
