So ive been running my chaos dragon decl for a while with only two tuners: Dark resonator and Effect veiler. These two havent really been working out by themselves and u would like some insight into some good dragon tuners for my deck. Are there any good water type dragons out there other than lavyathin(i know i butchered that) that has a level and is easily summonable

Would i be able to use falling currents on an xyz monster to change it to have a level to synchro with it?
