whats the best way to get started just to give some back ground we make about 64,000 a year. and parents will leave behind on both sides of the family nice wills. but in the meant time we have great credit and not too much credit card debt. we own a townhouse we pay about 800 monthly for after taxes,rent,and insurance. we could rent this place for about 1300 against comparables when we buy a bigger house and start advancing in our careers in the next few years.. any thoughts on how to get multiple homes to make money rental wise? or just plain rental income information? from what i undertand this isnt a flipping market

So if more than half the united states agree the picture should be released. then why isnt it being released? obama.. last time i checked we are still in a democracy... at least thats what the constitution says. not what you think is best for us like adolf hitler. well i know why the pictures arent being released..bc he didnt get shot in the head and hes been dead a long time ago.. muslim leaders have said the ground.. is the proper way to bury him. if were going off the notion that the "pictures" are too grusome.. then what are the people jumping out of the building on 9/11 ? or john f kennedy getting his head split open and seen millions of times on tv. if you ask me he is a dictator. the people want to see the pictures and last time i checked in a democracy.. majority rules.

is flipping houses in this economy a good idea? and if so.. i have a question. if comparable homes in the area are selling for 175k and i buy the house for 120 and put in 70k that would put total investment at 190. and if i wanted to make some profit and i sold for 220 would that work? do i have to buy a house for cheap and sell around the comparables? or can selling a lot higher than comparables sell in the neighborhood if the other comparables are around 45k less?
