I jumped out of bed because of a bug that startled me and I slipped on the carpet and fell directly on the top part of my belly...baby started moving a few minutes afterwards which put my mind at ease but I started having sharp quick pains on my side and feeling discomfort in my back, neck and some lower pelvic pressure but No bleeding...what should I do?
