Because I use regular soap on my face, it's too dry and my skin is peeling. I wonder, however, since feminine products promote all type of exfoliating, doesn't losing layers of my skin produce the same effect? If i constantly lose dead skin, old skin won't be able to accumulate and I should look young forever! Nay or aye?

I have an old Canon i9950 that has been serving me faithfully for more then half a decade. Unfortunately I've had the 5 orange flash problem and ALL solutions i've tried online have not worked. The printhead looks like it requires replacing at a cost of £100. I happen to see a few photo printers around the same price. Can't say i've really used the A3 features very much but I do have all these ink refills lying around. The beauty of my old printer is that I can refill em indefinitely and the printer will hum along as long as it's lips is wet. The newer ones I'm afraid have all this tech built in to give you all sorts of error messages when you try to refill em. I'd like to know what new printers out there are easy to refill and ideally uses an 8-ink system. Come on Yahoo Answers Community! Help me out!! Thanks in advance!

Firstly, i'm not referring to Matlab or Excel implementation code. I need to express this mathematical operation in the form of an equation or function.

I'm an engineer and all I see is how hard it is to make a capsule go 39KM into the sky safely. The engineering that went into the design of the suit and other peripehals.

Can any skydiver (means reasonably fit and experienced) do that with all the equipment provided? Or is there some hidden difficulties that they fail to mention.

I searched various skymaps but they don't really show. So i'm quite stumped.

Planted oregano last year and most of the herbs died over the winter and regrew with some weeds. So i'm not sure if that's a weed or a herb. Here's some pictures. Please help me identify.

Also it was a year ago, i'm not sure which pot i planted the oregano in, there was also several other herbs but this seems to be surviving on its own without help. When i break the leaves it has a pungent smell so I suspect it's oregano but it doesn't look like the typical pictures off google.

Okay i've hunted for the illusive milky way for ages. Once in Galloway forest during the summer solstice (DUH, light pollution).

2nd time in Wales near barnsley island. Thousands of stars in the sky but no milky way, it was Early March. So i figured i got the date wrong. Unfortunately it's a bit frustrating that there isn't such a thing as a 'Milky way' calendar. I've check google sky app on my android and it appears that we will never see the galactic core from uk. Is that true? I got the Where. I just need to know the WHEN

I've got a regular size yorkshire terrier. I do not think the squash ball is small enough for her to swallow but just asking here to check if it might be a chocking hazard. The problem is, she really likes it, much more then her bone.

I'm kinda answering my own question and wanted this solution to be out there because i couldn't be bothered to register with forums just to post it.

1. I installed HP PCL5 Universal Print Driver with dynamic settings

2. Keyed in the IP of the printer, it detected and installed, but test page didn't print.

3. Download HP Driver and install but left hanging at "attach USB" phase.

4. Run windows Add Printer, Windows detected and installed automatically.

5. Remove Universal Print Driver (it appears on ur printer folder)

6. Cancel HP Driver installation.

I would think windows obtained the driver from the Universal Printer Driver but it could also be the HP Driver installation since the inf extracted to a temp folder. But the former is more likely.

If you are confused, i ran two installation utility, one was universal and one was printer specific. So i have no idea which driver windows took but it works in the end. :D

The printer works fine now. I got printing pref and all.

I had this blue handle IKEA kitchen knife for 5 years. I cook everyday and it was my only chef knife at least 4 years. While i run standard maintainance on all my kitchen knives i'm baffled of how can this cheap knife (that comes in a set for 10 bucks or less) be sharper then my other knifes, which i bought later. Although i haven't compared it to other brands like Global etc, but my cheap knife is still better then my mid range japanese made chef knife and any other knifes i've ever used. It slices carrots without effort!

Anyone else have a similiar cheap-plastic handle IKEA knife? Is it very sharp?

So i accidentally left a batch of hot chocolate to rot in the flask. As the result the rubber lining as absorbed the smell. What can I do to get rid of it?

One idea i had is to dip it into sugar or syrup or saltwater in the hope that the thicker substances might draw out the bad small (osmosis)

Any working ideas?

So just moved to Merseyside, England and my house doesn't have a garage or front yard. Houses with such features are either hard to find or too expensive to rent. I do however, have a lamppost in front of my house.

What measures can I take to secure the motorbike? Or is it almost impossible to make a bike theft proof when kept on the pavement?

If I insure the bike for theft? What difficulties will I come across with the insurance companies if it gets stolen?
