While your shopping in a store with your teen store personnel stop your child to inform that a customer complained that they were taking pictures of them. The teen was shopping in another area of the store at the same time their guardian was in the store. The staff person ask to see their photos on the phone. The teen cooperates and inform that they were not taking pictures of anyone in the store and show the stream of photos as requested by personnel. The staff finds no evidence of photos of other customers in the store and tell the teen to not take pictures and ask how long were they in the store. The staff continue to watch the teen for awhile longer and then leave. The teen was never asked their age or if they were with an adult. Is this legal?

There is no itching

Asthma and allergy condition

Occasional heavy nose bleeds

Air purifier in the room.

What type of doctor or Specialist would treat this condition?

Went to doctor and he said it was related to the allergies and very common.

Gets 8.5 hours of sleep a night.

Tried cold compress, and preparation H.

Went to an allergist and did not treat that symptom.

what can I do?

-Only black family on this block.

-I am moving.

-But, now that I have informed my landlady who is good friends with this woman, she has been harassing me to show the apartment before moving out after I gave her a 30-day notice (she refuse to give me a lease).

-She has called me names, called the police and threatened me in front of other neighbors.

-Other neighbors (who happen to be from other countries feel the way I do and commend me for my move) and also feel she makes racist remarks about all of us.

-I fear for my safety until I can move into my new place.

-This is a middle class Staten Island,NY neighborhood.
