My orthodontist did it really poorly, and when I was flossing, the whole arch wire came off. Unfortunately, my next appointment won't be until Janurary 21st which is nearly a month away. I have no idea what to do.

The other day I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady took off a layer of my skin. I didn't notice until I got home. I felt burning. What are some treatments for it to not scar?

I am a freshman in hs and I know what I want in the future. I have it all planned out ( I even made a book of goals). They call me crazy, but they think it's good for me to know what I want after high school. Honestly, even though I know what I want to be, I just always have this feeling inside like I can't achieve my dream. I want to go to USC to become a doctor. I am so worried that i won't make my parents proud after everything that have done for me. They gave up so much, and what if I can't make them happy? What if I fail and let them down?

One month ago, I started to have feelings for this boy, but he likes this other girl who happens to be a very close friend of mine. They like each other a lot, so I didn't want to jeopardize that. They were getting closer to have a real relationship but not yet. Couple days, I was honest and I told him how I felt. He said he didn't know and he liked me too.He said he is now deciding between me or my friend. I honestly do want him to choose me but I am scared that I would lose my friendship with the girl for "stealing her man".

I am going to be a freshman and none of my friends are going there, so I will be all alone. I am so SHY. What do I do?

Here is the problem. I get that I shouldn't base high school off of my friends, but honestly, I am. There is two high schools. There is one that has been around for 64 years and it is a well-known. It has AP classes and half of my friends are going there. On the other hand, the second high school just opened last year. It is very brand new. It doesn't have much AP, but they school specialize in science, math and medicine. I would love to be a doctor someday. Also, half of my friends will go there. I am just really lost right now. I need someone to help stir in the right direction.
