  • Recommended backpack brands for my first backpacking trip in Chile (10 days)?

    I'm female, 5' 1", 130/135 lbs

    The hike will be pretty light: 10 days, 6 hours/day.

    I only need a 3500 cu for the trip, but might consider getting a 4000 or 4500 just so i have a bigger one for future trips.

    What brands should I look at? I was told Osprey is a good brand, but the frame has been known to snap after being handled on airlines, so I should look at Gregory. That's all I've got so far :)
