  • Car hit from behind? Who's fault? UK?

If your going up on a steep hill and a car behind you is very close to your car and his intention is you hit his car.

Would this make it my fault for hitting his car since he was very well aware that parking to my car will hit his car as my car rolls back.

Where do I stand on this? Will it be my fault?

That driver should stay distance especially going in a steep hill.

  • Car insurances UK - Once you have their quote, can they charge you extra?

I was wondering that once you get a quote online for the car insurance and made a payment.

Maybe in due course, the company will ask to pay extra money because of the error on their system OR otherwise they can cancel the policy.

Are they able to bully customers like this - once you get a quote that is cheaper, later in the week, they will send you a letter and say you need to pay extra £££.

  • How was your Birth Pain experience?

My wife is due to give birth in the next two few weeks and she's worried about how painful is it to give birth.

I am thinking, it's not that bad, but for her, she's too nervous as it is.

So, mothers, tell me what's the close thing that can match to birth pain so I can understand how it feels like.

Is there something that can help to reduce pain.

  • Disabled Parking ? UK???? HELP.?

My next-door neighbor has a Disabled Parking space in-front of their house.

The reason for having a disabled parking was that his wife is needs help with walking, however, his wife walks fine independently unaided.

    Here's the problem,

In their house-hold there are two cars so what he does is, he parks his car on the road and allow their daughter in law to park the car on their disabled parking.

Is this breaking the rules? He's sort of abusing the disabled parking rule, he leave's that space for their second car while he parks his car on the main road.

    Any help will be great.

  • Car Insurance Accepting Liability? UK?

I was recently been involved in a car accident. A car has hit me from behind which makes him at fault. We exchanged details and have contacted the insurance company of the accident.

After few weeks, the third party insurance has accepted "Liability" which is great news!

However, speaking to my insurance representative they said that "they are waiting for them to pay-out so they could not tell me how long will the process take as insurances work differently to one another".

Once they have accepted the liability, are they able to change their mind by blaming my insurance company being at fault involving the accident and NOT to Pay-OUT!

Please help thanks in advance :)

  • Erectile Dysfunction Problem.?

    Hello,

I am having some issues with maintaining an erection. I am aware that there are many factors related to erectile dysfunction... The treatment with this is: Cialis, Levitra, Staxyn, and Viagra.

I like to ask you that have you taken any of these pills (if so...) which one would you highly recommend.

Viagra does have some developmental health factor which includes being lightheaded, headache, stiffness, tired but does vary on person to person.

so, yes, please tell me from your experience which would be a better option.

    Thanks :)

  • NO MOT...NO INSURANCE UK?

    Hello,

I was involved in a collision from a third party vehicle who has hit me from behind while moving off to a junction. After this, the driver was saying I was the fault but he's the one who hit my car so of course it's his fault.

The police did arrive at the scene and carried out checks to make sure our car was insured (we both passed) ...the police exchanged our car details and off we all went.

When I got home I call my insurance company (co-operative insurance) explained to them what happened etc, providing me with a courtesy car while processing my claim. The engineer who did a car inspection did report back to my insurance company saying it's a class c car and they will pay me and they keep the car. The car is now with the insurance firm!

However, I got a text from the firm saying they need a V5 log book, a photocopy of my driving license and MOT certificate... MOT has been expired three months ago so posted out the two things they needed. It's now a week they got that and I believe I manage to just get away with it by luck or maybe it's not processed yet!

My legal representative from my insurance firm said, I have a stronger case to win this as it's not debatable so they are more likely to just pay off for personal injury claim!

Would you know what will happen next or if you were in a similar situation which I am in?

    Many thanks ;)

  • Car Insurance Quote UK.?

    Hello,

I have a general question which you may know the answer to. Here's it goes. Let's just say you have recently purchased a Car insurance from an Online quote. A week later, you receive a letter to say that you have to pay extra money because the insurance provider says the area you live in is a higher risk area so within the next seven days you either pay up the extra money or you would not be covered for your car.

I am assuming, since you got the quotation online, their computer should have checked all of factors before giving a quote. How would you respond to this? It's like they bullying you now since you made the first payment, now they want the second payment.
