I couldnt get the email id of customer care of yahoo inc. I need to send email to them for clarification regarding my email account.

I have met many many women of 38+ who are unmarried ( Not willful decision but circumstantial) or got divorced /separated ( due to what ever reason ) from husband very early in life, they all have very common mental make up. They are all insecure lot , have very imaginative thoughts process which leads to them making unwarranted / unnecessary conclusions , often unpractical in their approach towards every thing . Honestly it very hard to believe sometime instead of maturing with time & experience , they act & react over everything like 17 yr old.. Life is all about drawing right conclusions and learning from your mistakes . I feel its not the only way to learn , we can learn from other people's mistake also. They say life starts at 40, Here I find, most of them act like psycho . If I met just hand of that kind , then i wouldn't have drawn such conclusions but I met so many , all of them after a while loose their marbles. Why ???

Let me clarify , I didn't find this qualities in those women who got divorced after 15-20 yrs of marriage!!!

I married this girl last year . I belong to Mumbai while she is from Nagpur. This proposal came via Matrimonial Column of Local News papers. Like me she claimed to be divorcee.We met formally once and then talked over phone for a month before finalising the marriage. While we were talking she informed me that she got married very early age of 16 but found her husband was drug addict so in six months time , she left her husband . Later after few years , husband said to have filed for divorced at Varanasi and got the divorced. ( This is what she told me). I took her story at face value and yeah its possible.

I wanted to go for Court Marriage but she said she wants to have proper phera kind of civil ceremonies as for her ( mentally ) it is kind of first marriage only. For such small matter I did not wish to hurt her by saying No. So we agreed to get married in traditional way in front of our immediate family.

After marriage , when I expressed my desire to get the marriage formally registered , she said she does not have divorce decree from her previous marriage. Nor does she remember the case no. etc..

The Lawyer who handled her case is dead . She does not know whereabout of her ex-husband as they are not in touch. Plus the Relative who acted as medicator between her family & her husband family is no longer in talking term with her Ex- Husband or his family. So we cant get the copy of divorce decree.

For marriage registration , we require the same. It is mandatory as per law. So I am at at fix. If I cant get marriage registered , I am unable to add her name in my passport as spouse , or get her passport etc made . Now she is accusing me of treating her as outsider and not involving her in any thing which can be considered mine.

I talked to her Parents . They too have expressed their enability to do anything. Plus in last six months I noticed she is habitual lier .

Now I am wondering - Did she lie to me about divorce decree ?

I consulted a lawyer on this and sought to know if it is possible to get this marriage annulled. He said first you will have to prove that she was married to her Ex-Husband. ( unfortunately I have no proof of that except on the Biodata submitted by them in plain unsigned paper before marriage ).

Please suggest to me way forward . I dont know what to do . I know I made biggest mistake of trusting her words.
