Currently, I am on pre-trial diversion (a form of probation) for a class A misdemeanor (mine was a non-violent crime, FYI). If I complete this program, the charge will be expunged from my record. Can I still legally purchase a firearm in Texas, and will I be able to do so once the charge has been expunged?

I've heard the idea been tossed around once or twice that because of the low tunings for the low-B string, the pole pieces on passive pickups end up making that string sound muddy. From this, the suggestion has been that only active pickups will even out the sound (from the EMG Pickups website, on one of their own active pickups: "Before this model was introduced, existing 7-string pickups sounded muddy and dull on the low B string, especially when trying to hit artificial and natural harmonics, but the 707 eliminated all those problems.")

Is this necessarily true, or is this just some ploy that the companies are using to try and sway people into buying their products? I don't want to waste time and money on something unless I absolutely need to.

Why are there so many poorly-scripted games on there?

I heard this girl singing on the radio one day, and my girlfriend tossed around the name "Justin Bieber" in a seemingly distressed voice. Who is this kid? Can anyone tell me?
