Today is the second time I've heard this statement within a month.

I was told, beginning January 1st it will be law to fly within the states you must have a passport.

My niece applied for hers two weeks ago and the person processing it at the post office told her this as well.

Has anybody else heard anything about this?

  • Is there something I can buy to wash my truck that will filter hard water?

I can remember something being sold at one time that attached to the water hose. It was like a kit that had the sprayer, soap and filter. The brand name escapes this foggy old mind. I think it came in green packaging.

  • When does insider trading apply to Congress or their bubble bath buddies?

I've been very suspicious of George Soros and his cozy relationship with Obama.

    So, I've been wondering...

Because of the profound influence Congress has on the stock market, wouldn't it be considered insider trading if they profit from the sale or purchase of stock knowing the probable outcome of legislation?

Taking into consideration Soro's criminal past in France with insider trading CONVICTION, I CAN'T HELP BUT WONDER...

I wonder if the Republican & Democrat Millionaires, up on The Hill ... Including Obama ... are considered the pieces of CRAP they are calling the other Millionaires out there??

I wonder how many die hard Liberals out there have even taken into consideration that everyone of them have become rich or richer after getting into Congress....at OUR EXPENSE.

  • Is there a public list of income for the president, members of congress and all taxed paid positions?

After reading this morning that Military pay and TRICARE is one of the places considered for financial cuts, my mother's Instinct has kicked in.

I would love to know how many wealthy men and women we are paying in DC. How many are getting raises and hiring more assistants to assistants.

That is the VERY FIRST place cuts need to be made. This lavish housing that is given to them...needs to end. They need to be assigned an air mattress or roll-a-way bed for their offices.

  • How would I go about finding a copy of a piece of art that was in my hotel room?

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Shreveport, La. I looked at the pictures for an artist but...I'm assuming the frame was covering it. I fell in love with it and MUST HAVE IT.

    Any suggestions?

My husband has 27 years in his trade. He and his friends in the last two years have been involved in the management and numbers side of the business. He looks to hire a minimum of 20 experienced people.

  • Is he really on tv again?

    OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!

I am so sick of seeing him with his nose up in the air talking down to us!

I am so sick of the BS from both sides. Everything is 'OVER THE LONG RUN'... 10 years down the road isn't helping today.

Just look at www.recovery.gov ... uumm...?? Somehow, I don't believe that information is exactly correct...considering the fact it has .gov at the end of it.

My 18 year old son has so much confidence in this administration that he came home last week to inform me he enlisted in the Marines.

His words..."Right now...that is the only way I know of to get working skills, college, insurance and a paycheck". I'M PISSED!!!! I'M HEARTBROKEN!!!!

  • Has anybody ever heard of leaving an aborted baby with the mother to die?

I have a friend that decided to terminate a pregnancy due to severe Down Syndrome. What my husband told me was so disturbing....that it is almost hard to believe.

Her husband called my husband and told him, the baby was born alive. The baby was placed in the room with them until he died 6 hours later. He was holding the baby at the time he was calling waiting on the baby to be picked up by the morgue.

I asked where in the hell did they have this procedure done? I personally would never under any circumstances terminate a pregnancy...but, this story sounds like mental torture.

  • I need to identify a thorn that is growning in my sandy Texas yard.?

It has taken over and I'm trying to figure out what will kill them. The root is a prickly ball anywhere from the size of a marble to the size of a golfball. The plant grows unbelievably fast. The very first leaves are a burgudy and green in color then turning green. The leaves are spade shaped. The thorns look similar to a rose thorn. The ones growing up into the trees on the outer edge of my property, put a flat in the lawn mower tire.

I have used the expensive roundup, it killed the leaves...but, they still come back.

    Hopefully, somebody can help me.

  • How do I convince my cell phone company to accomodate me?

I'm in the military and stationed 11 hours from the place I purchased my phone. My service is with Centennial Wireless. I'm having trouble with my phone and need to change it out. I pay monthly for the "phone protection plan". I called Customer Service and explained my situation. I was referred to the store I purchased it from. Once again, I explained my situation and asked my options. I was advised, I would have to go to the office I purchased it from to change it out????!!!! I asked about working this out through the mail.

I was advised, NOPE, that is not our policy.

I have tried to get a number to their corporate office. The only number I get is...CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I'm getting real close to getting pissed off and I know I'll never get results if that happens.

    Can anybody help me?

  • Where can I buy a book on the rules and regulations of NASCAR.?

I have never had any interest what-so-ever in NASCAR, until now. My husband and I were given free VIP tickets last year. OMG!! We had a blast! The only other thing I can compare it to is going to a LSU football game at Tiger Stadium. I am dying to learn all I can about the scoring system, etc before the race in November.

  • Has anybody ever used ammonia mixed with ice water to cool themselves down due to the heat?

"Back in the day" when we played outdoor sports, I remember the coach having an ice chest marked ammonia water with hand towels soaking in it. When we would get over heated, she would put one of the back of our neck.

I would like to know the proper ratio...

It was 108 degrees in the shade yesterday here in North Texas.

  • Has anybody heard of this? My body fights anesthesia. It happened during childbirth, and oral surgery..?

I definately remember hearing talking during my hystorectomy. The doctors end up spending more time keeping me medicated than the actual procedure. As I get older, I have things coming up (colonoscopy, more oral surgery, etc) that I keep putting off because of this issue.
