Police Station Officers inflicting false cases can it be challenged in the court? Can the police officer be summoned in the court for explanation?

Police Officers supporting Marathi Villagers and local Builders and Owners can this be challenged?

Lot of Police harassment and police filing false cases on tenants in Dombivli and out of Mumbai Thane Dist the tenants who file property civil cases in the court against the owner of buildings for not accepting rent. The villagers are Marathi people whom the police also give full support.

These false cases help the owner to vacate the tenants it stands proof that the tenant is a disturbing character.

I want to know is there a software i can dictate and it writes for me i can avoid the writing and all my spelling mistakes.

I wanted to promote my products and after hunting good emails from search engines I wanted to send emails but my Google email account was Disabled after I tried to send 300 emails as per its policy it says I can send 500 emails but now iam in a fix how do I promote my products I don’t have a website emails.

And all my efforts are troubled I can understand that spamming is not good but now selling is my priority.

Can any one of you can guide me a free email website account were I can get registered and start sending above 500 emails a day.

This is monsoon and no business the more I promote my products nothing big but Indian Tourism. In days to come we could get some Business.

Iam staying in a pagadi house since last 22 years and have ration card proof to prove. And my father died of heart attack just two months before. Initially the land lord refused taking rent from me and then I approached a advocate he assured me of sending the owner a notice and we will pay the rent in court.

But when I asked my advocate acknowledgement copy of the notice send to my flat owner he advised me to send the rent by money order. And the land lord will accept it.

I told the advocate before he was sending notice to my land owner should I pay by money order he assured me I don’t have to worry we will pay in court but now I can see the color of my advocate totally changed he even refused to give me the copy of the notice and its acknowledgement and told me to first pay by money order.

It is always human tendency to make more money I clearly mean that my advocate is 100% bribed by my land owner and so he is trying to weaken my case.

I have made payment by money order but money order forms have become electronic and does not have message columns like before.

I could not write messages that this is my two months rent please accept.

My question is can I personally approach the Kalyan court of property dispute (Thane Dist) Mumbai and file case with out any advocates help?

Can any individual file such case with out the help of an advocate? And pay my rent in the court?

I want even the transfer of the property to my name can I file a case independently or can this be only done by an advocate?

Iam very sorry hurting the feeling of lawyer but this is the reality how many cases are solved and how many cases are pending in the court. Everyone wants to become rich and we can not prove corruptions and bribe because the whole system is corrupted. And whom do i now complain.

Please only lawyers should answer how do I file my case?

My father had nominated me for his Bank Of Baroda saving account and died of heart attack, I have the original copy of the nomination form but now the bank is asking for my other three brother’s signatures and making my case more complicated and not transferring my fathers fund to my account. Is my brother’s signature required?

All My three brothers are in Western Railways and holding good government jobs well settled and iam the youngest before I could complete my education my father retired. Iam in private company and with bad finance and so my father nominated me if I happen to ask for there signature naturally they are going to ask for there share.

Are my brother signatures required?

But Central Bank Of India has already given me a demand draft of 1,50,000.00 /- with out any problem. The amount in Bank Of Baroda is 9,50,000.00

Nominee of bank account does not get succession rights

The Supreme Court (SC) has clarified the nominee of a depositor in a bank does not get ownership of the money in the account after death of the depositor. The nominee gets exclusive right to receive the money lying in the account. It gives him all the right of the depositor as far as the depositor's account is concerned, according to Section 45ZA of the Banking Regulation Act. But the banking law is not concerned with the succession. The money in the account will form part of the estate of the deceased depositor and devolve according to the rules of succession. In this case, Ram Chander vs Devender Kumar, one son was the nominee of his mother. After her death, he claimed he was the owner of the money in the account, to exclusion of his brother. The same rule will apply to government savings and other investments.

Iam Samson Daniel son of Late Daniel Samuel died of sudden heart attack on 12-03-2011 and staying in a Pagadi House since last 20 years at dombivli west dist : Thane, Mumbai.

Now the owner refuses to accept rent and transfer the property on my name.

I have no other place this is the only property and house my father purchased after his Railway job retirement. I have three brothers and they are all working in railways and in good position they are not interested in this property and iam in a mess in small private company.

What happens if court orders the owner to collect rent and he still refuses to collect the rent?

The house is about some 3.5 Lakh approx and the case could cost me more expensive what should I do?

My father died of heart attack and made me the nominee of his saving bank account, now the bank manager wants me to take my brothers signature to release his funds is it necessary?

The Account of my Dad shows iam the only Nominee so is it just useless and not applicable. Does the bank say this before to the account holder? What happens if family members don’t cooperate? That was the last will of the depositors.

Now that i dont have the original paper but zerox (duplicate) copies do i have to take signature of my three elder bothers the bank is in no mood of releasing the funds but trying to delay and they say it is march end and wait for 15 days get all the death certificate papers and all your brothers signature.

IS IT NEEDED. I spoke to the branch manager Bank Of Baroda what steps should i take.
