A man who had been married for 15-years came home early from work one day and caught his wife in bed having sex with his best friend. The man was crushed and heart broken. He screamed at his wife telling her "I want a divorce, how dare you cheat on me." "You had sex with my best friend, you need to leave!" So he through her out.

We were married for 27 years and I could not cope with her drug addiction and lies so I divorced her. She calls me at 1:00 a.m. and hangs up. When I tell her that I know it is her because I have caller ID she says "watch your back you never know what is going to kill you." She called my work one sunday and left messages on every extension (about 150) telling them that I had AIDS and was having an affair with their wife. What can I do to make it stop...I got married again to a wonderful woman about a year ago and my ex has even threated her, sent her letters saying that she is my mistress at work and that I gave her AIDS or and STD (I don't have AIDS and never gave anyone and STD.) Need some advise here on what can be done legally...facts only please.

I was taking a shower and my wife's 22 year old daughter came into the bathroom and stood in front of the door and stared at me. It made me feel real uncomfortable but I don't want to make a bad situation worse but making a big deal of it. Also I haven't told my wife what happened....should I?
