I'm a capricorn sun, scorpio moon, and sag rising. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't understand this particular male scorpio I have been hanging out with. He is a pretty decent person, but just have very strange ways. He seem to be mysterious and secretive and can go days and weeks without calling/talking to me....and will ignore phone calls. I never experienced this before with any other male...so it's hard to tell whether he's truly interested in me. I have asked him on two occassions is he dating or seeing other females and he says no, but it's hard to believe because he sure act like it. I'm really close to giving up, seems to be too much of a headache. I'm a capricorn, so I'm pretty direct and honest. My question is, are most scorpios like this? If so, why?

I have been seeing this a guy for about 3 months, he's a scorpio and I'm a capricorn, however I'm confused by his actions. At first, everything was cool, he seemed to really like me and everything. I would come stop by his house after work sometimes and we would just chill. About a month ago, I noticed things started to change. He use to call me sometimes from work, just to say hello, and now he doesn't call at all. The last time he called was Dec. 20th. We were suppose to spend Christmas together, but didn't, I called & left a message, didn't hear from him until I called about 4 days later, asked him was we still cool and he said yes. About a week and half ago, I stopped by his house and we slept together and during, he said something weird, that he wish he would have meet me along time ago therefore my kids would have been his, that he wanted to have my baby, and he was really feeling me. I'm confused, he still doesn't call, and I'm stuck here trying to figure him out.
