I left ice cream out for an hour ish on the table yesterday whilst having a meal and it melted a fair bit. I put it back in the freezer without thinking and I've just eaten it the next day. Then I read that you can get food poisoning and you should never re-freeze ice cream. Now I'm seriously panicking. Please help!!!

I went to my first Zumba session tonight and there were a lot of stretches and moving about and twisting my stomach and I've come home to bad abdominal cramping? Have I just strained my muscles from Zumba or is the cramping not related to the exercise? It feels like a cramp and not like an ache or anything so that's why I'm not sure?

I always use this tomato pasta sauce on my pasta but is it safe to eat literally from the jar? If I don't heat it up will it make me ill? I've just eaten it on my pasta now but after I began eating it I realised it was cold and now I'm worried.

We live out in the country and we do have many wild rabbits but this one rabbit who looks a bit different from the others was acting weird outside on the road. It looks domesticated because he wasn't scared of us and he doesn't have the look of the other wild bunnies around. We took him in the house but he seems fine around us. We're not sure if he's ill but were wondering if he's been dumped or if he is a wild rabbit. We can't take him to the vets at the moment but he seems lost outside. He's a dusty white colour with brown ears and a brown nose and he's very soft.

I'm guessing a tiny tiny bit of my filling has come out. I can't feel a hole but now it's hurting a tiny bit. Is it something to worry about now? It's a small ache but I'm worried if I leave it more will come away?

This may be a silly question but the other day I stupidly sliced my skin on my thumb open attempting to clean scissors (I know) and I was using a colouring pen the day after and I didn't realise that there was pen all over my thumb and it was on the cut. Now I can't wash the ink off the skin that's sliced, but it's come off the rest of my thumb. Had the ink gone into my system? Can this cause ink poisoning? There's only a small amount left on my skin.

I had a music exam today and I was so nervous I had to use the toilet a lot this morning. The exam went fine and it's been two hours now but I'm still having awful stomach cramps and I can't face food. Did my nerves mess up my stomach for a bit or is this some kind of bug?

I cooked tescos mexican bean veggie burger with various vegetables in it. I cooked it for about 15-20 minutes on 220 degrees in the fan oven. It tasted fine until I got to the center where the vegetables were harder and it had this slightly different taste. I ate it anyway but now I'm worried I ate an undercooked veggie burger. Can this make me ill?

I feel as if I have to make an effort to breathe. Like I have to concentrate on my breathing. I can breathe in deeply fine but I'm just feeling pressure on my chest and I'm worried that this means I'm having a heart attack at 16. How would you describe shortness of breath?

I have a slight pressure feeling on my chest with occasional mild pain in my chest. I've also felt the need to put an effort into breathing and I've had a shooting pain in the muscle of my left arm. I've had these symptoms all day but I'm worried I'm having a heart attack. I'm 16.

It's usually around the end of school (between 3 and 5) and I have this awful sick feeling with/without bad stomach cramps. It happens quite a lot and it's like a motion sickness kind of sick feeling. I've been diagnosed with acid reflux so I was wondering if it was that since I would have only had food 2 hours before that? Does anyone know what this can be?

I'm a very superstitious person and believe that I may jinx things if I say them. After pretty much everything I say that could have an effect on something I have to touch wood and make others touch wood in case I make it happen. I also salute a single magpie if I see one to avoid bad luck. What I've also noticed is that due to my phobia of illness, I won't do certain things again. For example, I listened to a certain song before I was ill the next day, and now 3 years on I'm scared to listen to that song in case it makes me ill again. I know that this is nuts but I'm scared to do it. I'm getting help with my illness phobia but this whole touching wood business is crazy because I've got people around me doing it now as well and even they're starting to do it out of habit. Is this a simple mind over mater thing? I really like the song I can't listen to as well.....

I've had this bad flu virus for the last 5 days and I'm getting better now but I haven't eaten in 2 days and I know it's gross but because I've been so weak I've only been brushing my teeth once a day. Also I am having fluids but maybe not enough. My throat has been extremely sore but today I've noticed my tongue feeling a bit rough and my tongue looked white, like it was covered in sherbet or something. Is this normal with an illness like this? Or is there something else wrong?

I've got this cold/flu virus that's really bad with the whole fever and body aches package. I had no appetite for a day so I just stayed on fluids but I felt hungry yesterday and today I did as well. As soon as I had food handed in front of me I took a few bites but couldn't face it. Is this normal for a bad cold? My doctor said to eat when I feel like it but now I'm not sure if I do feel like it or not?

I have an awful cold with an awful bunged up chest. I've got a temperature but it has gone down recently. Just the usual body aches and a headache and shivering but I also feel sick and I haven't eaten for a day and a half because my appetite fluctuates. So I'm sticking more to fluids and I was wondering if having a Calypso ice lolly (it's an orange flavor one) will be okay to have and help soothe my throat?
