i woke up this morning and was sitting on the couch when i felt a warm trickle coming from my va-jj. I went to the bathroom and checked it out. it was about 1/2 cup of clear watery like stuff. I went to the hospital, they said it wasn't amniotic fluid i kno for a fact it wasnt pee cause well, i just know!! it didnt come from that area! and it wasn't my normal discharge, ive never had that much come out and it never looked like that. could it be from having sex with my boyfriend the night before? but why the hell was it so watery?! confused.

i am 40 weeks pregnant the dr. said im 1 cm dilated and 20 percent effaced, i'm past my due date by three days. im scared by what he said cause i dont know how fast i can get from 20 to 100 percent, seems like it can prolly take forever. will i be pregnant forever or can you efface quickly?

here is what i've heard so far:

walk

sex

spicy food

scrub floor on hands n knees

squats

bouncing on a ball

skipping

hot bath

now i've tried all of these.

anyone got a better one, one that will actually work?!

i've been having contractions for the past 4 days pretty much for the whole day but they were irregular which yall will say is braxton hicks but all day long? and they don't stop when i walk around. is there a reason for this? maybe because i had a previous c-section?!
