me and my husband currently have 3 boys together so we know our stuff works or it did work. We have been trying for baby number 4 for a little over a year now. I did my first round of Clomid already and was tested on the 13th of April for my progesterone levels to see if i ovulated. I did ovulate and my levels were 39.3 which is damn good according to the Dr. and nurse. I was suppose to get my period yesterday and i still have not gotten the period. I have taken 2 regular First response pregnancy tests and 2 digital first response tests and they all say NO or Negative. I don't understand why i am not getting pregnant this time. Nothing has changed and i am only 26 years old and hubby is 27 years old. I feel like i will never get pregnant, is it so much to ask for just one more baby? Any comments or advice would be wonderful. Thank you!

Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant with our 4th child for about 7 months now. It is getting frustrating because we still haven't gotten pregnant yet and i chart my fertility and we have sex on all the right days and we have fun too, so I know its not stressful. I have never had a problem getting pregnant before until now for some strange reason. I seen my doctor a few weeks ago about why I am not getting oregnant and she said that its because I smoked and It can cause you eggs to age really fast. I quit smoking and I am only 26 and my husband is only 27. Last time I posted a question on here about my fertility i got ridiculed for complaining about not being able to get pregnant and people said I should feel lucky that I at least already have children. I thank the lord every day for my 3 boys and Would not change a thing for nothing. Haven't any of you heard about secondary infertility? I think thats what I might be going through and a little of unexplained fertility as well. I just need some advice from some POSITIVE and NICE people who want to help me on this subject and encourage me to keep trying cuz i feel like giving up already. I guess I am weak. :(

i know obviously sex was part of the reason you conceived, but i am asking people who have been TTC for over 6 months and what they did different this time they conceived, i have 3 children have been pregnant 4 times but for some reason now that i am 25 i am having problems conceiving my 4th child. In between my 3rd child and this time trying to get pregnant the only thing that has changed was i was on Mirena I.U.D after my 3rd child was born i have had that out for almost a year now. Thats the only thing that is different. PLEASE TELL ME YOUR SUCCESS STORY!!

I have positives on my ovulation tests every month, but i haven't gotten pregnant yet. Could i be having the LH surge and still not be ovulating? We have been trying to get pregnant for 6 months now and still nothing. I normally get pregnant so easy with my other 4 pregnancy's, why is it so hard this time, i am only 25. HELP!!!

i took a HPT(home pregnancy test) 3 days ago and it said clearly NEGATIVE! Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant with our 4th for 6 months now and nothing so far. I normally get pregnant very easy, and its not like i am old, i am only 25 soon to be 26. I took 2 tests, one was 4 or 5 days ago and the other was 3 days ago, and they were the brand First Respinse, which i thought were the most sensitive and accurate. HMMM??!! I am 2 days late for period and i am always on time, every 30 days. I am showing no signs of period either. My cervix is high, soft and closed and normally right before period my cervix is low, harder and open slightly. Help me out here. I havent been stressed that I think, and i just want to know so i can enjoy being pregnant and if i am not pregnant i want to hurry up and get my period done and over with so we can start trying again. Thanks in advance for answering my question.

i am looking for a couple to sell my eggs to. I am a very serious and healthy individual who has 3 children already, all boys. I have been reading up a lot about couples who have hard times trying to conceive. I also have heard of woman selling there eggs to couples who are in need of healthy eggs, which i have plenty of. If any one has any advise on how i would do this or any SERIOUS couple who are seeking a donor, please feel free to respond to this. today is the 16th day of my cycle. My cycles are usually 30 days long. I think i am ovulating. Me and my husband are trying to conceive. When i go to get up from sitting or i cough or when i pick up heavy things like my children, i squirt out a ton of vaginal discharge. I don't have a yeast infection, and i don't have any STD's. I always get check ups at my OB/GYN's and have a pap every year as well as a breast exam. Just wanting to know if this is a BIG sign that i am ovulating or i am about to. The discharge is thin and watery and is getting a little thicker as the cycle goes on. Like today, the discharge is thicker. My cervix is soft, open and high. If that helps! I would appreciate any advise on trying to conceive and helping to understand my body better so that i may know for future referance to be able to tell when i ovulate so i can time intercourse according!
