I have a refurbished Dell Latitude D630 that runs on Windows 7. I got it in January of 2011 and sense then I have gone through 4 chargers, 3 in the past eight months. Recently I plugged in my charger before turning on my laptop, but despite it being the right charger it tells me to plug in the right charger a 65w-AC adapter, despite it being compatible with 90w-AC adapter. It will occasionally charge if I hold the wire just so, BUT even when it says "Plugged in, not charging" the computer is not shutting down.

I experience power issues when plugging and unplugging my computer. The screen flashes to black a bit sometimes I just have to restart because it just stops working right. This only started after I had my hard drive wiped due to a virus.

*I did leave my charger plugged in all the time could I need a new battery?

*Should I just upgrade to a better computer? (I was thinking Acer, or some cheaper brand that I could use for video games such as The Sims 2 or maybe Dragon Age: Origins)

My father and I have the same version of Logitech wireless mice.

After he took my computer to be fixed, resulting in my having his for a few weeks, I discovered that neither my laptop nor his was able to use the wireless mice. I tried using my brother's mouse, and realized that maybe my father's nano reciever was mixed up with my own.

I noticed what appeared to be a serial number on the inside of the mouse battery slot and a similar but different number on the nano receiver.

Do the receiver and mice have matching serial numbers on them so that you can tell which mouse goes to what?

So years ago my mother used to buy my brother and I these prepackaged flash frozen "rib-eye" steak strips she found in the frozen section of the grocery store. While we enjoyed them they disgustingly greasy and were known to make for some very upset tummies. If you wrapped them in ten foil a soup would form at the bottom and spill sometimes, they were that bad! I am wondering if anyone knows of a brand of philly cheesesteak strips that I could buy that wouldn't be so greasy or fatty.

I have recently transitioned to a natural style, and after months of weaves I am actually trying to learn how to deal with my natural kinky hair. However I have never truly dealt with my hair before beyond combing, brushing, oiling, flat ironing, and my rather poor attempts at rolling it. My hair is medium length with straight falling to just below my neck. I'm a thick girl with a very oval face...well more like a long circle, so afro's do not work on me so much. Can someone please give me a step by step of what to do with my hair on an everyday basis? And perhaps styles that are not short

Hi I've been racking my brain for a good costume preferably one that would be a bit on the easy side. I don't want to do Storm and yes I've watched the youtube video and read that blog with all the supposed "black super heroines" but 75% of that video is HORRIBLY inaccurate.

Plus if you could give me some tips on hot to do the costume I'd be grateful

Ok so I spent around seven hours on my computer looking up Depeche Mode songs on project playlist and I found this remix of "Only When I Lose Myself" that was fast paced with a techno vibe

It was miss labeled "Evanescene Bring me back to life" etc

Hi I'm doing a project for my cooking class in which I basically do a demo. However I'm having horrible trouble coming up with recipe ideas

The recipe must fit this criteria

- Must be from the Mid West

- Must take 45-40 minutes

- It must serve 30 people

-I want it to have a full flavor but be simple

Ok, I own the sims 2, have lent out my sims2 university to my BFF who lost her disk and have downloaded an extra copy onto my computer. Should I just keep playing University or should I uninstall the whole game and replace university with nightlife? Or do you have another suggestion?

Hi I'm working on a little project on Photostory, so I need to know what sized files would work, and ya know actual music files. I was looking for hopefully pure instrumental (eery chanting counts as instrumental)

-It must be under 3 minutes long or a piece that can be cut off and/or shortened

-The piece I'm working with is incredibly dark and I have very creepy images

-the theme masks being used as deceit, causing pain. Basically everyone wears a mask and your forced to wear one

I loved BGII with a passion and still mod it frequently but I REALLY want a new game in the rpg or tactical vein to play. I own a Nintendo Wii and a DS (plus I have an old Nintendo 64)

It is not the sound of a mouse clicking nor a buzzing sound. It's reminiscent of the sound of when one hooks something up to the computer or anything with the speaker. Like when you plug in a mic and it makes a kind of click/pop noise. Nothing else is problematic that I know of, but it's vary annoying. It is even showing up when I plug in my earphones

Notes:

-Before this started I had recently started using the program Audacity to record my singing and speaking.

-A few days ago I noticed my speakers seemed to be decreasing in volume even when it was maxed out. As in if I listened to itunes and put the volume on max and than put the computer volume on max it was as if I just turned the speaker to 50%

Please can you help me?
