Why Uk/other EU member give out to Ireland?

When Ireland dump the treaty France,Uk and other Eu countries dont like the result yet most french,english people would say fair play to the Irish because the government ask the people to vote and decide and practice the true demogracy . Now when global economy crisis (started in US)Ireland again make or found a solution,yet UK government gives out. Isnt it Ireland is looking for a way to fight or protect the Irish people.I sallut the Irish Government their working hard to save the Irish economy and propose to Member of EU yet this other EU member are jelous.Isnt it they dont have a brain its a International Crisis.

Why Uk,France,Germany could not come up for a solution rather just sits,give out,and wait for the US senate to decide?
