So I want to make a fanvid in WMM. I do have the files on my computer, but they're all ISO and VOB neither of which are compatible. Is there a free way to either upload them onto my computer as AVI, MPG, or WMV, or a way to convert the ones I already have (without leaving a giant watermark?)

I don't mean the Final Break Movie. I was on Wikipedia and it mentioned an epilogue set 4 years after the end of the movie. I currently have the Final Break rented and can't find it under any of the special features (the only special feature is deleted scenes). So where can I find this mysterious epilogue? I really want to see it.

I really like books and movies that have brothers or friends who are as close as brothers (particularly when one or both are protective of the other), but I've exhausted the few that I know. I'm sure there are dozens and dozens of great ones out there I don't know about. Anyone have any suggestions?

I don't have any medical background so forgive me if these are stupid questions, but I can’t seem to find much on the internet. This is for a piece of fiction, btw.

What type/are there any tests that can be conducted on coma patients (while still in a coma) to determine:

-if there’s any brain damage

-when a person will awake (roughly, of course)

I read something in an article about the Glasgow Coma Scale about flexion/withdrawing from pain stimuli as a factor, so I assume there's some way (stimuli tests?) to test that to determine the depth of the coma. I know nothing (as far as brain damage and when they will wake) is for certain until they do wake up, but is there some way to predict their chances?

The other half of my question is this:

As I said, this is for a piece of fiction and what I was planning on happening is a coma lasting one or two weeks with no real brain damage other than perhaps headaches and occasional dizziness for a while. Based on what I read, a 7 on the GCS seemed appropriate, but I wasn’t sure. Does that seem realistic? Or should the number go up or down? The coma was brought on from injuries sustained in a car accident. Which brings up yet another question - the other passenger in the car was killed instantly. The coma patient was aware of this before falling unconscious - is it possible that might have an effect?

I'm aware that livejournal probably has a ton of this stuff, but a link to a specific forum/community (whatever it's called) would be much appreciated. Or another website, anything really. I'm writing a story and in it several woman die when someone puts some chemical in their shower (in the pipes or whatever) I need an odorless and colorless chemical that preferably kill you an hour or so later (not immediately but not a while later) and only needs to come in contact with your skin. Also if you could either give me a website or describe how it kills you that would be great. Thanks!

We have to write an essay for three reasons Elie Wiesel wrote "Night". I came up with two reasons but I can't think of a third.

Reasons I have so far:

-To prevent it from happening again

-To pay tribute to those who died/make sure their deaths don't go ignored

But what else?!?! Please answer soon I have to hand it in tomorrow and try as I might I can't think of another reason!! PLEASE HELP!!

I have a Canon ZR830 (http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/cam... miniDv Camcorder. And I usually use Sony DVC-60 PRR/5 Premium Minidv Videocassette (http://www.mini-dv-tapes.org/sony-dvc60-prr5-premi... for tapes.

When I was watching some of the stuff I recorded you could hear the tape rolling in the background. I only use Windows Movie Maker so I have nothing special to reduce this.

Is there a better tape to use (one that won't make so much noise) or a way to reduce it (my mom suggested I wrap something around the camera to muffle/try and reduce the noise)

Any ideas? The faster the better because I need to film something in a few days and I would really like to have better quality sound.

I have some prompt ideas for fanfiction writing (specifically Supernatural) that I would like to post. I'm a member of fanfiction.net but I'm really new. Is there like a prompt section or do I just post it as a story and call it blah blah promt? What is a forum? Is that the place for prompts? Sorry I'm brand new to the world of fanfiction.

Okay, I know this is kind of vague, but it's driving me crazy. A while ago I think I remember seeing an a bit of the beginning of a supernatural episode and it went like this:

So Sam and Dean are driving in the impala and Sam is hurt (very minor) and they were driving away from something (I think it was demons and they had just finished a job or something, but I'm not sure) and I think Dean asks Sam if he is okay (again not sure, but I can't think of anything else that was said) Then at some point in their driving they come to something (maybe a building?) that's on fire.

I have this strange, weird feeling that they meet another group of hunters or something, but I'm just not sure.

Okay, so I know in the episode when the levee breaks Sam has this whole detoxing thing, but why did he drink demon blood? Someone told me that Sam already had demon blood in him and I think that's true from season 2, but I'm still confused. Why did he drink the blood and has that "problem" been resolved? If I remember right, Sam is still all demon-y in When the Levee Breaks. Basically, a overview of the whole Sam/Demon Blood/Dean's reaction would be nice. Sorry to ask so much.

Also, in season 2, episode 11, Playthings: I was watching (on youtube) the part when sam gets drunk and I realized that sam's arm is in a cast. what happened? was that from the same episode or a previous?

This isn't actually for me, it's for a character in a story I'm writing. She works at a small newspaper company as a journalist, but really wants to work at the NYT. I have Sims 2 on PC and have 2 questions.

1-I usually give my sims families family aspiration, but this time I did romance. If i make both of the adults lay in bed and "relax", I can only make them WooHoo not try for baby - Do they both work? Is there a way to tell if she's pregnant after wards right away (not wait until the next day when she gets a baby bump) Does the romance aspiration have an affect on this?

2-Okay so I had a dad with 2 boys and a mom with 2 girls. The dad and mom aren't married and didn't have the kids together. All the kids are teenagers. One of the teen girls and one of the teen guys are going steady, then the parents got married. I tried to make the other two teens to like each other and even though their relationship is a 100, they won't even flirt. Is it because the parents got married? The other two teens still don't mind making out and stuff, but the others just wont. Do they just need more time? Is there a for sure way to get them to have a crush on each other?

An answers to either questions would be good.

I have a canon ZR830, my friends and I shot some footage at a party on tape. When I plug the camcorder into the computer (by USB) nothing happens unless I push the little slide thing to record/view what's on the memory card. Then my computer popped up and was like "what do you want to do?" when I slid the little slide thing back to tape it all went away. I would rather not buy anything expensive - is there someway by some cable or something I can do this? Can I just download some software? Plz help!
