Hey, for the straight guys out there, what are you more attracted to? I've been at different weights. I've been really athletic and had more of a skinny/average body type, but didnt get much male attention. Not sure if this was because of low confidence or just less assets. So I've been with my boyfriend for about a month, and we had been seeing each other for about two months before that. I am kinda opposed to saying "I love you" too early on, because I've seen the crappy effects and the resulting immature relationships. Like, saying I love you two weeks in is a little early. However, things with us connected right away. Like bam. We had one weekend that was a turning point, and now we definitely like each other.

I had to move away for school at the start of September, and I've visited my hometown, and him, once, and he just visited me this weekend. We've been comfortable saying "I like you" or "I like you a lot", but this weekend he said, a few times, "I'm smitten" and "I'm infatuated with you."

I'm wondering if you guys think this is his way of saying I love you without all the typical baggage, the whole stigma behind it.

I'm freaking crazy about him. I probably love him, but i don't want to admit it to myself yet because im worried it might be too early. But i really have to watch my words so that it doesn't slip out of my mouth.

I can't sleep. I have to wake up in 3.5 hours. I dont know why I'm not asleep but my mind keeps running. What keeps you up at night?

My boyfriend of almost two years and i broke up recently because i am moving away for school and long distance for 5 years isnt going to work. Its the summer, and everyone is out of uni. i put on a brave face and say that this was for the best, but then i get moments like this where i decide it is smart to drink wine and listen to sad songs and bawl my eyes out. I recently rejoined my gym. I had three days in a row where I ate perfectly, and worked out and even lost a little weight. However the weekend hit and I lost control on my motivation to eat healthy foods. What can I tell myself to re-motivate myself?

I need a guideline to follow for weight loss. I just rejoined my gym, and I'm wondering how much time for cardio, and how much time for weightlifting I should commit my time to, to have steady, strong weight loss.
