Back when i was 14 13. I was on the tip of 250LBS and that was bad.... Blood Pressure was 148/84 VERY BAD..

I had to make a change

I now weight 219 218 with a blood pressure of 123/72 and I have been maintaining my weight very well. I walk and bike ride everyday for at least 15-20 mins a day. EVERYDAY. maybe a bit more I don t know

When I weighted 250 My feet would hurt bad because of my weight on medium to long distance walks.

Now they don t they take it very well! my family is very happy and so am i! I would love to get down to 200LB And i don t eat much Junk food any more. Maybe a few diet pops here and there but NO CHIPS. NO FAST FOOD. (other then MR.SUB) Subway. Roost beef or meat ball 6

and a chocolate milk.

So tell me. What do you think of this?

I Went to my doctor a few days ago and they said I was looking great they did not take any thing. weight or BP. or BMI

By the way my resting heart rate is 50 to 60. My family has great Cardiovascular health*

Now don't call me a dumb ***. But i was wondering, there is a path that leads to bike path that goes to a school with a field and forests and its really just your avg walking path. For bikes, people running, dogs pretty much everything, so i was wondering if my Dirtbike is legal for it? since its not a street or a side walk or a dirt road then it can't be illegal. Now iv seen young teens go to that school down the path where there is a field and rip there pit bikes up and down it for about an hour and nothing happened, Plus IV never seen Police down the path at all and iv lived around the area for 15 years and in all my years going down this path on my skate board and there has been no cops

So anyway's tell me what you think or the legal law if i'm allowed to ride a dirtbike down a public path

* one last thing, THERE are NO signs saying no motorcycles allowed on path or anything.

SO about an hour and a half ago iv started to get this mild sharp pain in my left side, not on the surface but inside kind of thing. Now i eat very good, i'm 14 i don't smoke I have a great heart rate, and Idk what is wrong? i eat very good. and its been going on for a while now, but i took a Tylenol and its put it down a bit but it still feels a mild sharp pain only on my left side, my lungs feel fine when breathing in and out, and I don't have a head acke or anything, what could this be?

Iv had this Ingrown toe nail for 3 weeks now and its gotten to the point where iv been to the doctor 3 times for Antibiotics and its still a bit infected but i can't go to my family doctor till next Thursday and the pain is really bad. My foot looks bad and blood all over it from me trying to get the nail out but its so bad its cut throw my nail bed and its really deep and i can't get it out with out bleeding everywhere and screaming in pain. I am wondering if the Hospital will take it out but i don't want to have a IV in my arm and stuff and waste a lot of my time. But it hurts a lot and i don't want to leave it anymore. What should i do guys?

Iv seen a dirtibke on the internet near me for 1300 and its been rebuilt and everything i just don't know why it looks so good but is so cheap

SO iv been looking for a dirtbike for a while, iv msged this guy and hes told me good things about the bike, only thing that is wrong is that the engine is seized and needs to be taken apart and put in a new piston and some rings, plus a bit of ring came off and fell into the bottom of the engine so now i'm going to have to take it apart and fix it, that's about 450$ of fixing before i even get to ride it, its a 2 stoke so less parts but i still don't know what i should pay for the bike, every other part on the bike is fine and looks great for a 2004, its just the engine. So what do you think? thnaks

SO a about a week ago my dogs eyes where very red and she was keeping them closed, we took her to the vet and they looked at them and saw that there was no damage or anything but they where really red, so they gave us eye drops and we have been using them for some time now. But i'm starting to see that she has lost some eye site, I have looked into her eyes and there is NO blue milk like figure in her eye so it can't be Cataracts, But i find that her 3ed eye lid covers her eye sometimes and could be conjunctivitises, its been about a week its sunday and we took her to the vet last Tuesday and they saw nothing wrong other then the redness was getting better. So at this point idk what to do (But she is a type 1 diabetic but at a very low level and takes very little insulin) but i have no ideda what this could be or what she may or may not have and all i know is she is having a bit of trouble seeing is all. Any info one what this could be or anything is great help thank you!

So I came home last night from school and saw that my dog would only open 1 eye and the other one was shut closed and where very very red, so we took her to the vet and they said there was no damage to the eye or cornea but just very blood shot and red all around, They gave us Dog eye drops that are a anti inflammatory and anti biotic and we give her them 3 times a day 1 in each eye, the only thing is that we gave her one around 11:00 am and its now 3:51 and there red bloodshot once more and we can not give her any more till 6 and I am wondering if there are any ways i can help her like clean her eyes or do something to help her cause all she is doing is lying down and sleeping and barrly being able to see with her eyes closed. She is not trying to hit her eye with her paw at all so i assume there is very little to no pain but I'm still worried about the eyes being so red, Also the vet said it could just be allergys in these months but idk what to do. Any help is helpful !

So about 3 and a half weeks ago i got a call for something i had listed on the internet with many pics of the thing i was selling, we talked and worked out a price and he came over to my house, my dad was with me, He looked at what he was buying checked it out and had time to inspect it and everything that he was going to buy. Once we shook hands and gave us the money he left. he ended up paing 335 for a brand new paintball gun and some other stuff for it. He then never called for about 3 weeks later to tell me there is a MANUFACTURE DEFECT with the gun and is a conmen problem with it. Before he told me this a call 1 day before he told me he opened the gun up and played around with it and mind you this was 3 and a half weeks later after he got this gun. He wants his money back, and i was telling him that i can pay half to help fix this cheap and miner problem with the gun. This gun has never had problems and iv used it myself, Like i said it is a Manufacture defect and not a defect from my part, so What do you think i should do? give him his money back or help fix it or what do you think?

So my dad gave her one at 7. witch was her 2ed of the day, i then came home and asked my mom if she had gottin one, she said NO, i gave her another one, now she has 14 units of it in her, is she going to be ok or should we take her to the vet ASAP???

Ok well, i got a new CPU and a new Mother board, so i start my computer, and it comes up with

start windows normaly,

start repairs, ( recamended)

so i do that, 3 times and it just goes back to the screen of the 2 things i can pick, so when i left the store with my computer where my new parts got put in, he tells me i have to re install win 7, and when i get home, i find out, i dont have the old case where the bar code for the win 7 is, nore the CD, ( my computer is a gaming compter, so i got a new case, anyways i dont have that and one of my family members, said he can get me a new copy of win 7 and re download it, but he said he cant save all the games i have on it, like all the PC games, and i have 100 of dollers worth of games, is there any ways i can fix this? like back up my computer with my games, and other files, and get him to download win 7 ? or anything like that, if ANYONE CAN GET ME SOME HELP HERE THAT WOULD BE GREAT !!!!

I went on "Can you run it" and it said i can run the game with very good, but when i go in the game on MP i get really bad FPS like 15 to 20, here are my specs

My lil girl is only 6 M old and when some one comes to the door she wants to jump up on them and pet her, as she gets older will she be more protective with people that come to are door ? she also barks at every dogs shes sees until she cant see him anymore, will this all change with age ?

I have a 6 m old German shepherd, and i have not started walking her, iv had her since 3 m, i go to dogy class with her and the owner said to not walk her yet cus she cant heal, but im starting to wonder if i should, but when ever she hears a dogs collers or just hears them bark she barks, and her bark is really loud!, i don't no what i should do if some one can help m,e thanks
