At the time of an accident or miss happening, STILL people around not coming forward to help the victims . This is because of the expected harassment by the POLICE later on . Why this fear of harassment cannot be avoided by Govt. or even by the Police Officials? What is your opinion that why not the persons helping the victims should be appreciated & highlighted by MEDIA and awarded by the Govt. ???? Even a little immediate help may save the life .
