is it possible to Make a bootable internal drive to install Windows on current drive, as I don't have a pen drive of more than 2gb and don't have a cd writer but has the windows 10 iso, and want to do a clean install, in simple words I need a program to boot that iso file from my hard disk without booting the already installed windows.

I have a spare (http://www.mro-tek.com/daisy105ipm.html) dont no for what it is used for, so plz kindly help, and yes is it posible to some how extend my wifi router range from it?
