…just a deceptive word used within organized religions, that is nothing more than dictatorship playing dressup in a costume named salvation, to brainwash people into believing they had better listen & follow the rules of said religion?

...who is the one doing the listening if you are the one doing the thinking???

.......or would you rather know the dirty hard truth, even if it hurts like H#LL

....or for that matter - why any of us spend time asnwering questions on these boards?

I think I answer some of the questions because they make me think more and help me learn more about myself in the process....

I was just wondering if anybody has actually tried and tested drinking oolong (wu-long) tea to lose weight & if it is just a farse or if it truly does work...

My son, 15 years old, had a sore back. The doctor sent him for xrays I believe to check for scoliosis. We received a call on the answering machine to go back into the doctors next week...

...but - until then....

I could see on the film of his spine that it was just slightly curved. What I was wondering is, what could the two dark spots on the film, to the left of his spine (looking from the back of him) and under the rib cage, may be.....any clues ????

and see yourself three years from today, what whould have to have happened in your life for you to be able to feel content and happy?

Are you more creative when you are sad or upset about something or when you are happy and feel great ?

If they are happy with their friends, parents, co-workers etc... but when they are with you they crank and b i tch and complain most of the time, would you think it is time to move on (even if you are married?) And yes good old talking about it is getting me no where.

When kids grow up spoiled and their parents continue to spoil them as adults (do their laundry, make their meals, clean up after them, etc...) do you think that sense of entitlement is passed onto their mates when they have families of their own?

...like a nice car, no debt, a beautiful home, healthy children, a beautiful caring wife, a secure well paying job, a cottage/trailer/timeshare etc., healthy parents and close family members, money in the bank, a great retirement package/fund..... etc...

....how come - when they seem to have it all (or at least what so many others would give their right arm for - how come they seem so unhappy, controlling and most often are grumpy ?

..........wouldn't you be happy if you had all that?

do you think for some people, nothing will ever be enough for them?

sheeesh - seems like so many people are down right grumpy lately - no humor - no jokes - just down right crank ***'s

............if you have, have you noticed how they even become crankier when you say "I hope you have a nice day" to them????? yowzers,,,, with the looks you get, one would think you just told them you ran over their dog..... in their own driveway.... with their own car.... which you just finished stealing after braking into their home (and while you were there, you drank their last icy cold beer..............

Is matter just consiousness in form - a form which we create?

Does anyone still dream of an ex in a loving way - passionate - caring - laughing - happy

And wake up missing them so darn much - even SIX years after they split up?

Whats with that? - I want it to stop, it makes me yearn for him like we just broke up yesterday and it took me forever to get over him.....

....how do I stop these stupid dreams that make me miss him so darn much
