i asked this question before but didnt really ask it correctly...

If my opponent activates Ninjitsu art of S.T while i have drago out, can he tribute a ninja and drago to special summon a light/dark monster such as white Dragon ninja or does Drago stop it from happening because of its eff

Can you activate this card on drago if they attempt to bring out a light/dark monster from the deck? Or does drago prevent any attempt of special summoning light/dark like it preventing REDMD also can you activate future fusion with drago out?

Going to a tournament this saturday and want to know other cards i can add or take out..cards im looking for right now is safe zone and another delta flyer
