I got my medical marijuana license a little while ago, and told a few of my oldest friends,and my family. Now they all want me to sell it to them, including my 75 year old father. I tried explaining that I got the license for medicinal purposes, and not to become a dealer, but they're being willfully dense.

I'm wondering if where you lived in the US had anything to do with which theatre of war you ended up in, during WW2. Were Texans more likely to wind up in the Pacific, or Italy? Were boys from the Northeast more likely to go to the ETO?

I'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice. I'm in the middle of a separation, and the agreement my soon to be ex and I came up with was that I would pay the full mortgage payment, in lieu of child support, and that she would take care of the property taxes and utilities.

Apparently, they just kept on charging my account, until the ex moved out of the house. What sort of recourse is there in this kind of event?

Often I'll hear the text tone on my Samsung, but when I check, there's no new message. I've asked people if they've sent me a message, and they've had to re-send. I thought it might be because of having too many stored messages, but it happens even after I clean my inbox. Does anyone know why it does that?

My wife and I have been separated for the past 6 months. She has custody of our 3 sons, who are 9, 13 and 15. She has been spending most of her time with her new boyfriend, and according to the boys, when she is home, she ignores them in favour of her laptop.

Last Monday, the 13 year old complained of diarrhoea and vomiting. She didn't take him in to see a doctor until Thursday, by which point his appendix had burst.

I was going in for spinal surgery on Thursday, and wound up in the same hospital as him.

What I'm wondering is if that level of neglect would count as child abuse?

I had an L5/ S1 decompression and fusion on Thursday, and was sent home on Friday morning. Now I have sciatica in my left hip, worse than anything I've ever had before. It feels like someone is stabbing me in the femur, and like my leg is in a tourniquet. Is this normal? I told the doctor about it, but he was dead set on sending me home ASAP.

A couple of months ago I got a notice from the CRA, saying that I owed $3000 or so on my 2010 taxes. I filed online, and got a $700 return. I phoned, and told the agent that I wasn't paying anything until I got a printout explaining why they said that I owed more.

Yesterday, I went to buy $10 worth of stuff at the store, and my bank card wouldn't work. I later found out that the Canadian government had cleaned out my bank account, without any warning whatsoever.

So now my mortgage and child custody payments are going to bounce, and I have a grand total of $0 to get me through the month. They did this in 2 transactions, and the bank charged me $50 each to put these payments through. Is this legal?

I'm in the home stretch of a separation, which has been more or less amicable. I was visiting my 3 sons today, and my 13 year old told me that his mom had borrowed his laptop a couple of months ago, and that when she returned it, there were a bunch of animal porn sites in the history. He's never been a liar, so I don't have any reason to not believe him. I'm not sure what to do about this. I don't know if there's anything to gain by confronting her with this. She's a self described compulsive liar, so I really don't know what to believe about her. Are my kids safe with someone who views that kind of stuff?

I'm a teacher, and I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, severe mixed sleep apnea, and am on the list for spinal surgery, to repair spondylolisthesis, and 4 crushed nerve roots.

For the first 7 months of school, I dragged myself in, when some days I could barely walk. Then, a couple of weeks ago, I was involved in an incident that I can only ascribe to fibro fog.

One of my junior high students asked me how long I thought I could hold a teaspoon of ground cinnamon in my mouth. I said "I don't know, indefinitely". They asked me if I would like to try, and I agreed. It didn't seem like a big deal, and after about 2 minutes I spit it out. Then the student asked if he could try it. He puked.

The school board told me that I couldn't return until I got a doctor's agreement that I was physically fit to teach. I saw a doctor two weeks ago, and she told me to take a couple of weeks off. I go for another appointment tomorrow, and depending on what I tell the doctor, may be off indefinitely on a disability leave.

Nothing has changed, I still am exhausted, sore everywhere, and having all kinds of nerve problems in my legs. But I would feel like a quitter if I took the disability. I'm just wondering what I should do.

I have (or had) an agreement with my soon to be ex wife. Instead of paying child support, I would cover the mortgage, which works out to $1800/ month. She would cover the bills and groceries for our 3 sons, although I've been buying about $300/ month in groceries for them.

We still have a joint bank account, so I would deposit the cheques from my separate account, with "mortgage/ child support" written in the memo space. I've been doing this for the past 7 months.

I checked the account balance the other day, and found out that she had withdrawn $500 cash, and used $1100 to pay the bills that were supposed to come out of her money.

When I asked her why she couldn't cover the bills, she told me to mind my own business.

What I'm wondering is, would this be considered theft?

My soon to be ex wife, of 21 years is 39 years old. She recently told me that she wanted a separation, to "find herself", then six weeks later said "that's it, I want a divorce, no chance of reconciliation, end of story". She's been doing things she's never expressed any interest in, like going to karaoke, and yesterday sent a bunch of drunk tweets from a bar at 3 in the afternoon.

Does this sound like a mid-life crisis?

My soon to be ex wife started drunk tweeting from the bar yesterday afternoon at 3. Stuff about how wasted she is, etc. So I re-tweeted them. Was that wrong?
