I foster for the local Humane Society and have been doing so for many years. I have 3 dogs of my own, and 4 cats - all middle aged or older. I work for the govt. I was alive and old enough to remember where I was when Kennedy was shot and remember watching the 1st man on the moon on T.V. live. I spent a brief stint as a Social Studies teacher and English teacher but quite frankly was too lousy at keeping control of my classroom to enjoy it. I'm not detail oriented and I hate unkindness. I have 7 brothers and sisters, including a twin, am a "born again" Christian - my twin is Jewish - and we were raised Catholic, complete with nuns at school. I've never married (yes, I've been asked - don't jump to conclusions) which enables me to concentrate on being a great aunt. I am directionally impaired - am usually lost. I live in a small river city on the Mississippi and I love living in the Midwest in the United States. Mountains intimidate me. And I hate housework,
