  • The best free video capture software?

    I'm looking for a program which can be used to capture whats happening on my screen (or more precisely, certain areas of the screen). I'm really just wanting it to capture gaming moments (I generally play games in a window, and I'd like to record whats going on occasionally, such as goals in Football Manager, that sort of thing).

    Does anyone know of good, free, software which is capable of this (especially just being able to record a window)?
