Me and a friend have a debate about the yellow line rule in Nascar. I've told him you cannot pass below the yellow line at dega or tona which is true,but he think it applies to all tracks which is untrue. you can run on the flat at phoenix,kansas,vegas,chicago,etc. there is no out of bounds at those tracks and below the yellow is okay. Does anyone agree or know a way i can prove it? we have tried google but they only discuss it as it applies to tona or dega.

morality aside. My lawyer says if i gt the epidural,it would mean more money in the settlement,but my lower back does not hurt THAT much a little but im not sure if thats what is needed. I know lawyer is only looking out for his bottom line,but i would like to have a larger settlement as well.

im 42 in pretty decent health. I dont know if the epidural will cause long term effects or is a short term deal? Very confused about this and would like some unbiased opnions or from someone that has had the epidural and could tell me if they would do it?

Okay first off. I loved the movie Thought it was great! I am a huge trek fan but i do have a question that just came to me after withing the movie just now. Well the begining anyway. Can anyone tell me why,In the opening scene, when kirk fought off the attack by the romulan ship and all that battle was going on,why did the captain not run away? He stood against that monster machine and fought back,which is admirable but stupid, becasue when kirk set a collision course,he had at least impusle engines,and that was after more destruction then the intial encounter,so why not engage those engines in the beggining and get the hell outta there!? the shuttles could outrun neros ship on impulse apparently so why could'nt the Kelvin? Just a little thought i had wonder if anyone can tell me a good reason why they did not. If i was a captain I would have gone to warp or at least full impulse at the first borrage from that thing which was clearly overmatched for the Kelvin.ran and reported to starfleet that this thing is hostile and we need more ships(even though they prob would have got there asses handed to them then too) but still it would have been a better command decision. Anyone agree?

in the 70's and 80's everyone had a moped. They were good on gas,easy to maintain and cheap to buy. Why in this economy and with gas prices so high,we dont see mopeds anymore?

ive been watching some JLA cartoons and it seems,that this amazon can now fly? She had a freaking invisible jet when i was growing up . how can they justify her ability to fly now? Id really like to know why they keep modifying my childhood superheroes. Ok i know its seems like a dumb question as in if im asking i probably am, but im really not sure. I only smoke about $10 worth of chron a week. i only smoke late afternoon,,no wake and bake. I have my own business and this doesnt effect that portion at all. im single with no kids, and i live alone in early 40's. truth is when i drink (beer) i want to smoke but the 2 combos are (one of the 2 ) is giving me high bllod pressure. doc says its not the weed so im going to stop drinking. my question is i was going to stop both cold turkey today. its easy to stop the drinking,but since i dont smoke tht much i m wondering why im stopping weed? I dont smoke all that much 1 to 2 hits a day of a water bong and i dont smoke ciggs. so do you all in your opinion think that that is alot,not alot or what? just curious as im getting the desire to smoke right now!lol

i mean the power steering resevoir. the fluid is disapeering and there is fluid all around the top half of the resevoir. i wonder if i can just get the resevoir ior do i have to replace the whole pump system? thanks
