i am in the process of joining the infantry and i have just noticed an abnormality on my spine, it is a curve it is not really bad but it is noticeable if u leave your email i will send you a picture to check it out. it has never caused me any pain/problems/disabilities of any sort, but it does cause my shoulder blades to stick out a bit answers will be much appreciated

so i am due to go to selection and i have just noticed a slight curve in my spine, could someone tell me how intense the medical is, for instance will they notice this curve and if so will it stop me from joining. its not a bad curve and it has never give me any problems or pain. any advice would me much appreciated and i will choose best answer nd stuff, thank you

is it possible reduce 1.5 mile run time by 2 mins in 2 month my current time is around 12:30 mins is there any way to reduce it by 2mins in 2 month
