Speeding Ticket court date soon; my 1st moving violation please help. How should I go about it like what should I say ? I want to take ownership I went 65 over 55

It was my idea to start a Floral Business. But I do not have the finances to start it , so he suggests he will pay the start up costs. He also wants to be on the ein (tax id) as co ownership and wants to be authorized on the business bank accounts. I didn't think i would need to add him on either but still have paper work drawn out for our 50/50 split , even though I would do most of the work , ordering , assembling , marketing etc, he would just pay , so is that split fair ? Would I be selfish to not want to add him ? Just in case we do not work out I don't want it to be difficult to remove him from either this is all new to me so please help, very much appreciated.

I purchased a car w/ an interest rate of 9.9 which I think the dealership made up to make more money I already signed the papers , I have the loan through citizens bank but they did not show me any paperwork of citizens bank and citizens bank would not have this in their system until another two weeks, let's say citizens bank interest was actually lower than what they made me sign , can I sue ?

Hello I'm starting a small business with my best friend which we're going 50/50 on investing, business duties ,as well as profit. But I came up with this idea of the business is this a good idea and fair? Also I came up with the name I want to llc the name and keep it I case she goes her separate way in the future. Would I have to both our names on he tax id file /llc? Is tax id and llc the same thing ? Please help

Hey I thought of the idea of selling whole sale merchandise as an online boutique. COMPLETELY my idea and my best friend was so intrigued by This idea she jumps in and say we should do it together and go 50/50 on investing into this. Now I'm sitting here thinking that's ultimately not what I want to do and we're suppose to have a sit down and plan this out on Monday , I like the idea of 60/40 better because id be the one creating and running the website and social networks and I want to name this brand. So this ex of mine was a douche. we did not work out because of his never ending relationship with his baby mom. I moved on and started dating my ex before him again and now we are expecting and this ex knowing this. is still trying to contact me even after blocking all his phone numbers. he calls and came to my job a few times. and is requesting and deleting me on social media. Whats his reasoning's? we did have a very intense, passionate connection. Im just very straight fwd, i wont play seconds. i literally cut him off cold turkey with no warning and told him i was pregnant months later. told him id rather him not contact me what so ever. but he still does here and there.

Why is he contacting knowing im pregnant with a live in situation with my boyfriend

I made and $800 deposit. Haven't signed the lease, planned on moving in today instead of the 1st of March for various reasons.

Today i was suppose to sign and settle the lease by paying the remainder of $2400 for 1st and last month.

I actually do not have the money today, wont until next friday.

I want to do the whole lease over and move in on March 1st instead.

The leasing lady is telling me she can Not change the lease, and i would have to still pay for that week even if i dont move in til the 1st.

is she telling me the truth?he truth? please help me
