Why do some of the questions in politics...?
...leave off the end of the question? Do they really think this creates an air of mystery, and that people will be unable to resist clicking to read the rest of it? Do they not realize that hardly anyone falls for this trick, and simply ignores it and goes on to the next one?
9 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoMaybe Mitt Romney could run for Teddy's Senate seat?
Would it be a problem for him, the way he described the state he ran as an un-American liberal hellhole, during the presidential campaign? Or maybe he could re-invent himself, and endorse Obama's health care plan, which is almost exactly like the one he signed into law when he was Governor there, and which most people there are happy with?
13 AnswersElections1 decade agoWhat is the evidence that Ted Kennedy murdered Mary Jo Kopechne?
What would have been his motive? If he had a motive, why would he drive a car off a bridge, and risk drowning himself? Given that he was drunk at the time, is it likely that he had the presence of mind or motor skills to fake a car accident?

You would think that Palin considered the pro-life cause to be an important one. Maybe she just forgot about it? Or maybe she never really agreed to do the event, but the Alaska anti-abortion community is deliberately trying to embarrass her?
Real question, not rhetorical, I'm genuinely at a loss.

It's an Acer Aspire One. I have the unit powered down and stored in a cabinet. Do I need to periodically recharge the battery, even though there's no load on it now? Should I remove it from the netbook?
2 AnswersLaptops & Notebooks1 decade agoIf Oklahoma beats Texas Tech in 2 weeks, who wins the Big 12 South?
And assuming OU, UT, and TT win all their other remaining games. That would have OU, UT, and TT with one loss each, Tech having beat Texas, Texas having beat OU, and OU having beat Tech
