  • National Guard Policy Question?

My younger cousin joined the national guard a couple of months ago and went to his first RSP drill last month. He has apparently had a change of heart and came to me asking how he can get out of the guard before basic training. I am somewhat familiar with Army policies but not so much NG policies with these issues. I would really like to help him out so any info is helpful. Just watch what you say because you are talking about one of my family members. Thank you.

  • Can I sue for misdiagnosis?

Can I file a lawsuit for misdiagnosis? I was told by my doctor about 5 years ago that I have Chron's discease and since then I have spent thousands of dollars on doctor visits, blood labs, tests, expensive prescriptions, etc. I have shown absolutely no symptoms at all of this for almost two years. Not even a little. I asked for a second opinion and my current doctor basically told me that whoever diagnosed me must have been on cocaine. Do I have a case for a lawsuit against the doctor/hospital that diagnosed me?
