im 17 and 185 cm high and 92 kg . i went to my doctor and she said we cant give you a diet cus your in your growing age (dafuck am i supposed to grow when im 185cm ) and yes i do jogging ! but i just want to loose wight about 8 kg only and not with exercise cus im in the quiz season !
