I awoke last week to my new car broke into and my car seat stabbed up. I called the Mesquite, TX Police and filed a report. The officer informed me that they caught them and we were not the only one. I am out $500.00 insurance deductible. Can I sue them or there parents to pay me back?

I have a Wells Fargo account, when I pay bills online like Insurance and cellphone using my credit/debit card the transaction shows up immediately that day, but then the next day the transaction disappears and shows that the money is back in my account. Then three days later it will deduct. I fell like the bank is trying to get me to overdraft. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks for your input.

I think it was a made for tv movie came out in the 90s it was about a parasite that was discovered in a cave or salt mine buy palentologist and they think that killed the dinosaurs. Anyway the small worms or parasite was re released in a small town. Salt turned out to be the thing that killed the parasites (or dried them out). It is not the Faculty! So I hurt my back bad about 6 months ago moving a bedroom set. I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve. I asked for something for the pain but the only thing that helps is vicodin. I have a shumer red oak I planted last fall, it made it threw winter and bloomed in the spring. I have 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7. I replaced all ball joints, upper and lower, I replaced the sway bar links and front shocks. The shocks ripped threw the top part of the frame. Then I replaced it with the expensive shocks and the same thing happened. I took it to two different mechanics to install the two different sets. Can anyone tell me why there ripping there self's apart? They just seem to be pulling out from the top. Also I live in the city so the streets aren't the problem.

So modded my gamerscore I know I was prob an idiot for doing so. I signed in and everything went fine my gamerscore was updated and I was allowed online. My acct went from 21,000 to 80,000. I played a few games and everything was updated properly. After I turned my 360 off then back on everything was re set. I tried to recover my Gamertag buy it says Can't recover profile to this hard drive check storage device. I recoverd another Gamertag just fine. So on my account online every thing looks to be fine and not deleted. My question is am I banned and if so how long for an first offense?

Hello, I live in Dallas County, Texas. I work in roadside assistance for commercial vehicles and often operate on state highways. I have my own business. I know its illegal to have any combination of blue and red. I know this guy who wants to give me a great deal on red/white strobe bar lights but wasn't sure if it was legal. If its not legal then I will just stick with yellow lights. Thank you.
