Well this happened about 2 hours ago.......We had our 1st period about computer stuffs then we were noisy and 2 of our teachers got angry at us it was about 2 hours of being lectured bla bla bla...In recess me and my classmates were writing our secrets and privacy stuffs then we soon threw it in the trashcan because we don't want any harm or causes then! in science our 3rd period,we were gonna have a test about 1-5 my classmate's paper flew then i caught it and returned it to him then he got angry and told me some bad words i was about to cry but still fought with it until he found the paper me and my classmate wrote about him and our privacy.......The question on that is : WHY COULD HE PICK THAT PAPER WHEN IT's ALREADY INSIDE A TRASH CAN?????!@@@@!!!! he's so stupid then he bullied me and then i cried..

.So is it my fault or his?

I cried yesterday,while was crying I feel faint and heavy breathing,my chest also my stomach started to hurt is it normal to hyperventilate while crying?

My mom said that I had lack of endurance,stamina and self confidence! I'm ten years old and in middle school,I'm usually competing in a CDSA tournament this November but I don't know how to improve all of this! Please help!

And actually I don't like this sport,I was forced into this because I was a really stubborn and was bored.But I do love softball and baseball but we don't have those in our country -.-
