Lately I have been eating less because I'm just not hungry and food looks extremely gross. The last couple days random parts of my body been falling asleep constantly. Also, yesterday I was looking at myself and my body is like all shaky. Help?

Im 15 & I have lost quite a bit of weight & looking to loose more. I'm 5'2 & back in Decemer I weighed 153lbs but, in like Feb/March I was 141lbs, & I'm not sure how much weight I have lOst since then. It's been a decent amOunt though. What's the average weight for my height? & what are some good exercises to tighten up your stomach & loose leg fat?
