Looking for a fruit cake made with fresh fruit pulp. It was vegan and gluten free. Anyone help PLEASE?
Think it was originally in one of the Tassajara cook books. I know it contained 3 cups of fresh fruit pulp (whatever was in season) but am now unable to find my copy of the recipe or any version of it on the interweb - now my family are desperate to have this cake again.
