I got a xbox one yesterday and any time i put a game in it i kept on getting the following message your disk may be dirty or damaged try cleaning it or choose a different one (0x80820003- ox46) can anyone help or suggest a solution thanks

i dropped my laptop and on the bottom right hand corner there is a white blue purple and black line its rather big which takes up half of my screen any idea how i can fix the problem

i wantt to know how do i wipe my pc cos my computer is taking so long to load pages and and i need to wip it clean and start again my pc is advent and it has windows 7 in in . the only disks i got with my pc are micrisift works se9 and thats it and when i go to recovery options it wont let me do it cos it says u need to do a back up and put it on a blank cd which i dont have either .

my pc wont let me install itunes a message keeps coming up saying the version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows ur running check your computer system info to see whether u need an x86(32bit) or x64(64 bit ) version of the programme and then contact the software publisher . i have tried to download both versions but still that message comes any idea what i can do as i dont know much about computers

Around about 7 pm tonight my internet went off and has been off ever since and i went to pick up the phone to see if my line was ok but its dead i phoned sky and they told me to take the cover off my phoneline socket and it still doest work after i put the down to sky i tried to phone my house phone from my mobile and it was ringing so do u think that my house phone is fuked
