How to tell if your ex is over you?
A friend told me she would know when someone got over her. But I wasn't so sure. So can you tell if an ex is over you? What signs would you look for?

I can't seem to resist touching my ex. And just to be clear, I don't mean this in a sexual way. I just touch her for the sake of touching her. I don't know why. It's just kinda like getting a fix or something. It calms me down and relieves my tension. But she always tries to escalate it into something sexual and I don't want to offend her by pushing her away. It's not that I don't want to, just that I'd rather not.
Why is this happening? I mean is it normal to be experiencing this? Does everyone go through a period of time like this? Is there any way to stop wanting her?
I'm not leading her on. She's the one that always initiates. And she's made it clear that she no longer wants to be with me. Which is why we broke up...
