BC Canada emancipation law?
One of my friends is a 14 year old citizen in BC Canada. He has an extremely unacceptable home situation I live in a different country so I don't know the laws there on emancipation I have done some research but nothing too helpful. I know the legal age to leave home without parent permission or the need to file for emancipation is 19 but that's mainly all I could find. Can any of you guys brief me on the emancipation law in BC Canada (or Canada in general) please?
