This movie is not the Mockinging Bird or Nell or whatever. It's sort of like a lifetime movie made some years ago but I only remember parts of the movie. One part was that the woman who was going to help her gave her a pancake and she was so hungry that she scarfed it down. And then I remember another part where when she got better she fixed the lady some toast but it was burnt. i know this isnt alot but if anyone can help me find this movie I would very much appreciate it.

There was this hallmark type movie where this teenage girl was literally kept in the dark by her mother or her grandmother or some relative. The neighbors would here her moan and scream in her dark room. The police found out and took her away. The movie goes on and I remember this lady doing everything to try to help her. It took a while but she cam around and I distinctly remember the girl making burnt toast when she was cooking a big breakfast for the lady who helped her. Its sort of like a hallmark lifetime movie I didnt see the rest of the movie and even if you dont know what the movie is, a suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you.
