i'm going to dye my hair a purple-y red colour, and my hairdresser gave me a tube of Fudge Paintbox hair dye a while back. Is there any brands i might be able to find in a store that is similar to that brand and has a selection of colours that I might be able to find the same color?

so I'm cosplaying Aranea Serket this May and i need to know a couple things:

-i know people use Ben Nye for the makeup. Can you buy it in a store? (i'm sure they sell it on a website for ben nye, if not, feel free to link me to somewhere that does)

-what are some other makeup brands people use? (I don't want the makeup to be too dark grey. Kinda on the lighter side.)

-i was told about this stuff that's really light and floats and you can bake it and sand it and it comes in a pink and white wrapper and is really cheap and you can make homestuck horns with it. i have no idea what it's called, but i want to know what are some really good brands of ~stuff~ to make the horns with? (looking for lighter stuff, as Aranea's horns aren't exactly small)

i know theres another couple of seasons before it but i've heard you can start with next generation and it'll still make sense, is that true?

(is it like skipping classic who/going back to it after catching up to the 2005 run?)

So I've been watching Sword Art Online recently and my want to play a fantasy type mmorpg has peaked again. (Woops, funny what anime can do)

Problem is, I have no idea what's good and what's not. I tried downloading Fiesta Online about 3 different times and I was really excited to play it, but it just wouldn't work on my computer. I have no idea why.

I've got Windows 7 and no gaming laptop, so I'm not looking for anything super intense. Fiesta Online would have been perfect if it would work on my computer.

So yeah. Anyone know of anything good?

in the legend of korra, when she was taken and put inside that box after bolin, asami, and mako were arrested, the box was metal. the equalists electrocuted it by orders of amon to knock her out. for the box to conduct electricity, it would have had to be metal.

metalbending is a thing and a widely done thing thanks to toph.

if korra's already mastered earthbending by that time, she would have known metalbending too.

so why didn't she just metalbend her way out?

I already have blue fabric to make a jacket and skirt and all i would need is red converse and his sonic. I think it would be a lot of fun, I love the genderbent versions of the Doctors!

But would that just be a bad idea? Or would it be kinda neat? (i've seen pictures from people doing Time lady cosplays before and now I want to give it a try...)

Okay, I'm fifteen and I know I've got a ton of time to decide what I wanna be, but I've been interested in space literally since as long as I can possibly remember. I love astronomy so much and I want to be an astronomer pretty badly.

But I'm wondering. What kinds of jobs do astronomers have to do? Is it really worth me going through all the time it takes and learning all that math (math is my absolute worst subject)?
