  • Can my boss fire me for being a smoker? (State: ND)?

I work in an office, and i work 9am to 5pm troubleshooting websites, networking, email, and a wide variety of issues. However my boss will not let me leave the office during this time as she fears ill go smoke, and so i dont leave the office during the time for any reason. But lately she has been telling me she can smell smoke residue on me in the morning an i need to fix that. Can she fire me for being a smoker, and smoking outside of work? Like at home and else where.. not even outside the work entrance, but when i am no where near the office.

Is there a name for the apex in evolution?

Basically a name for what appears to be the end of evolution, or the best possible mutations or nearly so.. already taken place.

Like the lizard/reptile has a dinasour with binocular vision for the first time in t-rex, ape has quick witted man, an so fourth.

  • One origional area for human evolution?

Basically all races have a great flood, and a lost civilization that they came from. Even more errie yet, most of these ancient civilizations are great with math and astronomy, and they have a calandar that also ends in 2012.

    My question is,

do you think it seems so radical that there was a human population on some remote island and due to some disaster they fled to diffrent parts of the earth.. or maybe something similiar.. (i dont want to mention atlantis or everyone rolls thier eyes.. but yeah) whats your thoughts?

  • Dog the Bounty hunter going offline??

So dog droped the n bomb in a convo with his son,

should he be kicked off the air for this?

Duane "Dog" Chapman's son taped a private phone conversation in which the reality star used a racial slur repeatedly, then sold it to a tabloid for "a lot of money," Chapman's lawyer said Thursday.

"I guess because of whatever level of anger he had of his father, he felt the need to express it in that manner," attorney Brook Hart told The Associated Press.

Tucker Chapman could not be reached for comment; no one answered the telephone at a Honolulu number listed under his name.

The National Enquirer on Wednesday posted on its Web site a clip of a conversation in which Duane Chapman, star of the hit A&E series "Dog the Bounty Hunter," repeatedly used the N-word in reference to Tucker's girlfriend.

  • Muslims seem to agree not to beat thier wife in the face..?

Well at least they dont hit them in the face right?

I think this is sad, whats your thoughts?

Move over, Dr. Phil, there's a new relationship expert in town.

He's Saudi author and cleric, "Dr." Muhammad Al-'Arifi, who in a remarkable segment broadcast on Saudi and Kuwaiti television in September, counseled young Muslim men on how to treat their wives.

"Admonish them – once, twice, three times, four times, ten times," he advised. "If this doesn't help, refuse to share their beds."

    And if that doesn't work?

"Beat them," one of his three young advisees responded.

    "That's right," Al-'Arifi said.

He goes on to calmly explain to the young men that hitting their future wives in the face is a no-no.

  • are humans a virus on earth?

    Humanity, what is it?

The only thing i can think of that mimicks humans is a virus, we spread, adapt and evolve like a virus. A virus will continue to spread and grow till its host dies, and than the entire virus colony dies with the host if it cannot adapt to become air born. People are talking about flying into other planets to colonize and speard our disease among the stars...

Looks like earths running out of resources and we need a new host..mars is it?

What do you think about humans and all the charcteristics we share with a virus

  • Scientist Watson?

So he has all these test results that indicate africans average lower scores on tests than whites, why is everyone so mad about this? an average means an equal number of each race tested, rounded each sides number, highest overall wins...

nothing racist here, its simply numbers... watsons love.. numbers..

Im sure if they tested white and africans jumping, or even an average who was more athletic you would find the opposite.. i wouldnt be suprised by either of these tests and the results..

    WOULD YOU BE?

  • pyramids world wide?

There are pyramids found the world over.

But only the Egyptian pyramids have a square base, allowing them to come to a point at the top. If the American Indians, Aztec, and the like had started with a square base do you think the might have been able to build such amazing pyramids as well?

The ones in Mississippi and south America, are much smaller and have a flat top..

But because they were more rectangle, than square, they could never ascend to a point as I assume they were ment too..

I’m thinking these structures point to some type of information exchange the world over (prior to 2000BC)?
