Basically i lost about 48 pounds in about 4.5 months. I look great, feel great, and love the new me. Now, on to the one bad thing. I look really skinny... Which is fine, but im looking to tone up my body. Ideas on how to achieve this? I started a membership with a gym yesterday and im looking for ideas on what to eat every day, how many times to eat, what kind of exercises to do, how many reps to do it. Things of that nature. For the record, i tried protein shakes/mixes, and they dont go too well with my stomach. Thanks guys!

This is my first year doing the whole fantasy football thing. Im really excited and i know alot of you probably have alot of experience in this. Im wondering, can you all give me some good advice as to what positions to pick and what to look for? It seems like people are picking the RB/WR thing early, while waiting for the QB position. I also heard Moss is going to have a great season. Thoughts on positions and or any other advice. Thanks all!

Hey all, ive been having a bit of a problem with ticks. I think its because my lil brothers dog came to my house when i went on vacation and he brought them in. Now i believe them to be in my house and im trying all what i can do to get them out. Ive steam cleaned the carpet, applied Sentry Flea and Tick Powder, and even went so far as to change from Advantage to Advantix. This morning i wake up and theres a tick on him. Now i wouldnt say my house is "infested" with em because im not seeing 3-4 on him at a time, but just that one on him and knowing that they are coming from inside is bothering me.

What else can i do? Or is this it?

A friend offered Kobe Bryant and Antawn Jamison for Dirk Nowitzki and Caron Butler. Would you guys do it? I countered Kobe and Chris Kaman for Dirk and Caron, but he came back with Roy Hibbert, Kobe , and JJ Hickson for Dirk and Butler.

Im trying to teach my 8month old Maltese/ToyPoodle how to loose leash walk. Im having trouble doing it. He is on a short leash, with a training collar and i feel like im not doing it right. So, when he pulls, i immediately turn and walk in the opposite direction? Do i treat him and click him when he walks by my side? Any tips at all on the matter? Hi all, im graduating from college this December and i wanted to know, ill probably graduate with an average of about a 2.55 GPA orr so. In a nutshell, i quit college because i got a really good job, got laid off, decided college was really important, came back with a transcript of I's that had turned into F's and was wondering if graduating college with a 2.5GPA is bad or do you think in the long run i will be okay? On my roses for some reason the blooms wont open all the way. Its like, they open but in a very weird shape. I treat them with anti-fungal spray and also give them plant food.

Could it be the soil quality? My Hibiscus plant is in the same soil and its doing great!

Hey guys whats going on?

I have a 501 sq ft apartment and i also have 4 cockatiels in my place. Recently i have been waking up with some eye discharge (or eye goobers) Its nothing like pink eye or anything serious, but i have noticed it.

I do wear contacts and i do give my eyes 1-2 days breaks for every 2-3 days i wear my contacts.

I also have an air filter right by my birds cage, but my house still gets dusty from the dander released by the 'tiels (birds)

Could the eye goobers be from a result of the dander? Is it an allergic reaction and should i get rid of the birds? Any suggestions?

Alright, here are the symptoms... About 2 days ago i had my contacts on... On my left eye i felt like there was a piece of sand stuck in it... I took off my contact lens and flipped it over and put it back thinking it was backwards...

Yesterday, at night when i took my contact lens off, i noticed that "sand stuck in your eye" feeling... I also saw a greenish colored eye goober that was bigger than anything i have ever seen...

Now we are at this morning... I woke up and i had that green stuff in my eye...

Heres the but part, my eye is not red, my eye doesnt really itch...

Could it be that the contact lens scratched the eye a little bit and its just reacting?? Could it be Pink Eye still?? I have never had it before... Thanks for the help all!

Hi all, im thinking about buying an external harddrive but have a major question... I know the purpose of the harddrive is to protect your music and photo files from lets say your computer failing to start or a virus making you have to reinstall your operating system....

But say one of those things i mentioned does happen to your computer right, isnt the info on the external harddrive also compromised? Or since its "external" theres no way this can happen...

Hi all, im planning a road trip to Miami from Houston... Im curious, how much time would you give from here to there? Any tips on what to avoid? Mapquest states about 18 hours or so, is this an average? Im thinking ill be travelling at about 70-75 miles per hour on average.... Thanks all!

Hi all, im currently in the market for a car... So far i have considered a 2008 Honda Civic Si, '08 Nissan Sentra SE-R spec V, and now im considering this MS3...

I know this, the MS3 blows the Si and Spec V out of the water in terms of straight line drag...

But, i know it is a little more expensive... What would you guys choose and why?

Also, i didnt want the Grand Touring but the Sport 3... How much should i expect to pay for a Sport here in Houston Texas?
