  • Is there such a thing as customer service anymore?

    I have been trying all day to get someone to help me with my password issues. I'm either being told to send emails, which I've been doing with no response all freakin day, or that I have to actually pay to have someone look into the problem that is the job of tech support to look into in the first place. Can someone please tell me who I can contact to get them to work on the problem?
