  • What would be a good "hook" for a direct sales vendor fair in today's market?

I run a direct sales toy business, and would like to organize a vendor fair for different direct sales consultants to sell at. In today's market, I'm looking for a good marketing technique to drive customers to the fair. Any suggestions would be so helpful.

  • Can I mulch my Iris bed?

I have thinned out my iris and am about to replant them. I would like to keep the weeds under control from now on. Is it OK to put mulch down as long as I keep the bulbs uncovered?

  • I'm losing my hair?

I'm a 24 year old female with no known health problems. Last night I noticed there is a very large bald spot on the back of my head, not noticeable unless I lift some of my hair up. What are the possible causes of hair loss like this??

Do I need to be worried? Should I see a doctor? If so, just a general practitioner?

  • My Iris bulbs are all mushy. What can I do to save them?

I don't know why they are mushy. Our lawn is infested with moths. Hundreds of them all over. I looked up borer moths online and the pictures I saw kind of looked like them, but they had black heads, and the ones we have are all tan all over. If they are the case, how do I get rid of them?

There are allso rolly poly bugs all over. Do they eat iris? Do I need to get rid of them?

Do I have to dig up all the iris and separate the mushed ones or can I just dig up the mushed ones and leave the solid bulbs?

  • How can I afford dental services without insurance?

My husband's company doesn't offer insurance benefits, and I am self employed/ stay at home mom. We don't have any savings for things like this, and the pain is getting worse for me. I know a dental visit can cost upwards of $200 with x-rays and the needed fillings. I called a low-cost clinic and they said they will only treat me with severe pain, and they still require money up front.

    Does anyone have any advice?

  • Has anyone taken their 18 month old on a plane trip?

I'm planning to fly 1800 miles to visit my family, and was hoping not to have to purchase a seat for my 18 month old daughter. For those that have braved this kind of trip, how hard was it to keep your little one on your lap, and not in the person's next to you? Did you have to walk your child down the aisle to keep him/her sane? Was it stressful? Would you reccommend it, or to just fork out the extra money and buy another seat?

  • How much transmission fluid does a 94 Jeep Grand Cherokee take?

I've just replaced the gasket on the transmission pan after draining it. That repair is all done and I need to add more fluid to the car. My haynes book says to add 2 quarts, but it's not even registering on the dipstick. Would it be safe to add more? It looked closed to 5 quarts when I drained it.

  • What is Utah like?

My family is considering moving from california to utah, and I was wondering what the state is like. I am considering following them from the midwest.

Does it snow in the winters?

What are the housing costs like?

    Is the education system reputable?

Is the cost of living high? low?

    Is it crowded?

What is anyone's general opinion of the state, and any recommended cities to live in?

    Thank you!
